More About the friends
Here's How You Can Be one !
You can be a friend in a variety of ways. It's as simple as making a monetary contribution. Choose a giving level on the membership form and mail it back to us or leave it at the Circulation Desk at the Library. We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your membership. You may call any of the officers or committee chairmen with any questions or suggestions about the Friends group whenever you would like. We are always glad to help!
But the gift that makes the most impact is the gift of time. The level of your commitment is up to you. For example, attending our meetings and sharing your ideas, helping with the book sale, or joining one of our many committees. Any level of involvement is welcome. By volunteering to work with the Friends of the Library, you can grow ideas into great programs and amenities which benefit the entire community.
We invite your ideas and look forward to the exciting things that can happen when friends get involved. Please join us in continuing to support this important resource in our community.
Sales of tote bags help the Friends support the Library. They are a great way to carry your library books home and are useful to carry many other items. Stop by the desk and purchase one! Discs are sold for library patrons using the computers to download and save information. Friends supplies the discs and use any profits for the Library.
